By accessing or using The Travel Authority platform (the "Service"), including our website at travelauthorityinc.com and any related applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and The Travel Authority Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a company registered in Arizona, United States.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: • Use the Service to make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings • Impersonate any person or entity or provide false information • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service • Use the Service for commercial purposes without our express written consent We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
When you complete a booking through The Travel Authority, you enter into a direct contract with the accommodation provider or airline (the "Service Provider"). The Travel Authority acts as an agent facilitating the booking on your behalf and is not a party to the contract between you and the Service Provider. All booking confirmations are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific Service Provider, including cancellation, modification, and no-show policies. It is your responsibility to review these terms before completing a booking. Booking confirmation is sent via email and constitutes your receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, contact us immediately at travelauthorityinc@gmail.com.
All prices displayed on The Travel Authority are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are dynamic and may change between searches. The price shown at checkout is the final price for your booking. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable fees. We reserve the right to cancel a booking and issue a full refund if a pricing error occurs. You will be notified promptly in such cases.
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software — is the property of The Travel Authority Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.
To access certain features, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at travelauthorityinc@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for more than 24 months.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of hotel and flight information provided by third-party Service Providers.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TRAVEL AUTHORITY INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the booking(s) in question.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Travel Authority Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Yavapai County, Arizona, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an updated version with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
